"Ten Years of Journey Through Storms and Sunshine—Grateful for You Every Step of the Way" Dealer Conference

On August 26, 2013, the company held a dealer conference themed "Ten Years of Togetherness Amidst Storms and Tempests—Grateful for You Along the Way." This meeting also marked the first-ever dealer conference in the decade-long development of Hunan Fantianwa Food Co., Ltd. A total of 56 dealers from across the country attended the event.

This conference will be held in four stages: 1) Address by the company chairman and award ceremony; 2) Dealer training session; 3) Presentation by the company’s management team; 4) Donation drive for Fantianwa Hope Primary School. After the event, the company will organize all dealers to travel to Phoenix for tourism and a visit to Fantianwa Hope Primary School.
1. Mr. Nie Canhua, Chairman of the Company, Shares 10 Years of Insights and Presents Awards
At the meeting, General Manager Nie shared with our dealer partners a heartfelt recollection of Hunan Fantianwa Food Co., Ltd.'s decade-long journey. Over the past ten years, Fantianwa's path to growth has been anything but smooth—there have been sunny days as well as stormy ones. We’ve celebrated together when our sales soared, and we’ve quietly grieved when returns piled up. Yet no matter what challenges arose, we never once faltered on our forward march—we’ve simply kept pushing ahead with unwavering courage!
To express our gratitude to our distributor partners for their unwavering trust and dedication throughout the journey, as well as their steadfast support for our Fantianwa products, the company has established three prestigious awards: the "Wind and Rain Star" for the longest-standing partnership, the "Value Star" recognizing the distributor with the highest business volume, and the "Growth Star" honoring the fastest-growing partner. Mr. Lin Xianshi from Changsha Jinhai Trading Company, who was the very first distributor to collaborate with our firm, rightfully earned the "Wind and Rain Star" award. Meanwhile, Mr. Zuo Xiaocai secured the "Value Star" title thanks to his outstanding achievement of topping the sales charts. And in the Northwest region, Mr. Niu Binqiang, with a growth rate far surpassing all others, effortlessly claimed the coveted "Growth Star" award.

2. Renowned instructors delivered lectures at the conference, nurturing outstanding distribution partners.
Teacher Yao Haichun’s "Development Plan for Fantianwa Food Co., Ltd." analyzes the unique characteristics of the food industry and China’s current development trends in the sector, while also taking into account the specific circumstances of Fantianwa Food Co., Ltd. The plan outlines a comprehensive strategy designed to help Fantianwa grow stronger, clearly outlining the company’s competitive market environment and charting a clear path forward. As a result, our distributors can feel more confident about our company’s future prospects.
Teacher Yang Zhiyong's lecture, "The Path to Dealer Development and Dealer Types," outlines eight types of dealers that have failed, as well as six categories of dealers thriving in business. He emphasizes that dealers who embody "loyalty, persistence, a willingness to learn, independence, and wisdom" represent the ideal partnership between dealers and manufacturers. Additionally, he highlights that "knowing how to choose wisely, staying committed, and being ready to invest effort" are the three essential qualities of an outstanding dealer. When dealers and manufacturers truly work together as "one family, with a shared vision and united determination," they are bound to achieve remarkable success together—and ultimately create a business miracle uniquely tailored to Fantianwa!

3. Demonstrating team morale—passion is high, and we never give up!
The management team, led by Vice President Liu Wenbo, the production team headed by Factory Director Huang Guihua, and the marketing team guided by General Manager Zhang Yuyang, took to the stage one after another to showcase their work. Management, production, and marketing are our company’s three core business pillars—fundamental to our foundation and the driving force behind our growth. With high morale and an outstanding professional spirit, they proudly demonstrated the remarkable character of the Fantianwa team to our dealer partners, clearly conveying Fantianwa’s unwavering commitment to achieving even greater strength and expansion!

4. Selfless love sustains Fantianwa's selfless mission.
In 2012, Hunan Fantianwa Food Co., Ltd. began sponsoring and initiating the construction of the Fantianfan Hope Primary School. This year’s distributor conference was not only a heartfelt journey of gratitude but also a profound act of compassion. During the meeting, the host and General Manager Nie used a PowerPoint presentation to highlight the challenges faced by Banjing Primary School—a school located in the impoverished mountainous region of Xiangxi (now renamed Fantianwa Hope Primary School). The dilapidated school building, basic classroom facilities, and the innocent, tender faces of the children—all vividly depicted in the slides—deeply moved the attending distributors. Moved by the plight of these students, attendees eagerly contributed donations, creating an overwhelmingly enthusiastic atmosphere. By the end of the conference, a total of 114,100 yuan had been raised. These funds will be directed toward the school’s ongoing development, bringing greater joy and hope to the children living in this remote mountain area. On August 28, the company, along with all its distributors, made a special trip to Fenghuang to personally deliver the donations directly to the students at Fantianfan Hope Primary School.

A Letter from the General Manager to Employees

Welcome to Fan Tian Wa Company—you’re truly fortunate to be here. And we, in turn, are honored to have the opportunity to collaborate with you.
We will navigate your time with us, building on mutual trust and understanding. This bond of trust and comprehension serves as the bridge and foundation for our enjoyable journey together.
Fantianna Company is an emerging food production enterprise that prioritizes food safety and focuses on tapping into a vast market, robust systems, and a well-structured framework. The company expects every employee to deeply cherish their country and the company itself—committing at all times and in every situation to act in ways that honor both the nation and the organization, as well as our valued customers. We believe that together, we’ll rise among China’s elite enterprises and secure a prominent position on the vibrant stage of China’s snack-food industry. Our core mission calls upon each team member to uphold unity and collaboration, embracing the path of collective effort and shared success. Without this collaborative spirit, your talents and creativity would struggle to shine—and achieving meaningful accomplishments would become nearly impossible. Therefore, anyone who lacks a sense of responsibility, fails to work effectively as part of a team, or refuses to join forces in pursuing common goals essentially forfeits their chance to advance within Fantianna. In such cases, it may be wiser to reassess your career path during the probationary period rather than letting valuable time slip away unproductively.
Joining Fantianwa doesn’t automatically mean high compensation—our company determines pay based on individual contributions and rewards tied to personal accountability. For newly hired employees, since there’s no prior track record yet, promotions tend to be slower, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, if you’re an open-minded individual who’s eager to learn from others’ experiences, thrive on collaboration, and build upon the foundations others have laid, your progress could accelerate rapidly. On the other hand, if you tend to isolate yourself, constantly worrying about overshadowing your own achievements, you may end up delaying your growth significantly—perhaps even reaching a point where your work no longer holds much value.
Opportunity always favors those who work diligently and steadily. Do you aspire to become an industry expert? Start as a worker—once you join the company, any previous status you held at other organizations will no longer matter. Everything will be determined by your actual abilities, so you’ll need to begin at the grassroots level, building a solid foundation and showcasing your talents through hands-on, day-to-day contributions.
The company will never promote someone without grassroots experience into a leadership role. Following the principle of gradual progression, every step—and each rung of the ladder—holds immense significance for your personal growth. Don’t let your years slip by unfulfilled.
We hope you let go of the illusion of quick fixes and instead embrace the Japanese spirit of steady, practical dedication—and the Germans’ meticulous, unwavering work ethic. If you want to improve your efficiency and earn better rewards, you must focus your energy on a limited set of tasks. Only through consistent practice can you master your craft and ultimately achieve success. In today’s fast-paced, rapidly evolving world, mastering even a single skill is already a significant challenge. Trying to excel at everything—or attempt to do it all—will only leave you superficially knowledgeable in many areas, but deeply unskilled in any one of them. Instead, approach every task at hand with utmost seriousness. Dive deep into it, and genuine interest will naturally follow as you gain expertise. Gradually build your track record by systematically documenting your insights and thoughtfully articulating your ideas and suggestions. Hasty or half-hearted proposals, on the other hand, reflect irresponsibility—and they’re a waste of everyone else’s time. This is especially true for new team members, who shouldn’t feel overwhelmed by empty rhetoric right from the start. Instead, take a thoughtful, step-by-step approach. Tackle challenges methodically, addressing real-world issues with careful analysis and practical solutions. Above all, stay grounded and focused; avoid seeking attention for its own sake.
Practice transforms people and also shapes the "Fan Tian Wa" generation—individuals who are truly capable of turning challenges into opportunities. It serves as a rigorous test of your talents and knowledge, revealing areas where you can still grow. Only by continuously confronting your weaknesses will you make meaningful progress. For young students, practical experience is especially crucial. After putting theory into practice and reflecting on it critically, we can achieve breakthroughs, foster genuine improvement, and ultimately cultivate a new breed of leaders—dedicated, thoughtful, and equipped with both hands-on skills and strong managerial abilities. As the famous saying goes: "A company without proper records is bound to fail sooner or later." And isn’t this equally true for individuals?
Sometimes you may feel that the company lacks true fairness and impartiality. Of course, absolute fairness doesn’t exist—so don’t set your expectations too high in this regard. However, for those who put in the effort, opportunities will always be equal. As long as you work hard, your supervisor will recognize your dedication. Be prepared to endure the challenge of doing the right thing only to face unintended setbacks. Embrace life’s trials with resilience, pushing forward relentlessly despite adversity. After all, without a strong capacity to withstand hardship, how can one truly grow into someone capable of great achievements? Ultimately, your destiny is in your own hands. While life’s judgments may sometimes carry a margin of error, they’ll never completely distort reality or lead you astray by miles. You might choose to step away temporarily because you don’t fully understand the company—but we’ll always welcome you back. Just remember, though, that you’ll need to strengthen your mental fortitude. After all, your continuous tenure has been interrupted, and you’ve fallen slightly behind your peers. We have every confidence that you’ll pick up the pace again—and though time moves at the same steady rate for everyone, it’s up to you to make the most of it.
The company’s various systems and management practices may, in some areas, still have certain degrees of inefficiency—or even unfairness—but we are continuously working to refine and improve them, making them increasingly rational and comprehensive. However, until formal changes are officially implemented, you must adhere strictly to the current guidelines. Always show respect toward your existing leaders, no matter how capable—or perhaps even more capable—you may be yourself. After all, if you fail to earn their respect now, your future subordinates likely won’t respect you either. As the saying goes, "The new waves of the Yangtze River push forward the old ones," and "A student surpasses the teacher." In life, it’s always those who come later who ultimately rise above their predecessors. Stay steadfast in your integrity—refuse to engage in corruption or moral decay—and hold yourself to high standards while remaining generous and understanding toward others. Uphold truth at all times, and embrace both constructive criticism and self-reflection as tools for personal growth—using them wisely to enhance yourself and empower those around you. As an ordinary employee, focus on mastering your professional skills. But as you advance to become a mid- or senior-level manager, remember that true leadership isn’t just about doing things well—it’s also about embodying the right character and values. Ultimately, being a person of genuine responsibility means striving not only to excel in your role but also to inspire and uplift others along the way.
The company’s progress largely depends on your work performance, which is closely tied to your technical expertise. A company simply cannot thrive without highly qualified employees. To support your personal growth and development, the organization will thoughtfully plan a variety of educational and training activities designed to help you improve and refine yourself. While you’re free to enjoy some leisure time in your spare moments, it’s still important to maintain a structured approach to reading and learning. Avoid engaging in inappropriate or unproductive forms of entertainment. Additionally, we’ve provided you with essential daily services, though we acknowledge that these may not yet be as comprehensive or tailored to your specific needs—our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Finally, we encourage you to value and conserve resources, cultivating a mindful habit of sustainability. After all, striving to become a person of integrity and respect is not just about personal fulfillment—it’s also about earning the admiration and trust of others. We believe that with self-discipline, you’ll not only succeed but also inspire those around you.
Development is the fundamental principle for survival. We will steadfastly combat corruption among middle- and high-level managers and address complacency among staff members within the company. Without eliminating these issues, it will be difficult for you to achieve full career growth within the organization; similarly, if these deep-seated problems persist, the company’s progress will inevitably come to a standstill.
The company is growing rapidly and urgently needs talented leaders. We encourage you to quickly master your job skills, embrace cutting-edge food production technologies, and adopt advanced management practices. Keep honing your abilities, and together with us, continue evolving—because only by growing side by side can we help shape the bright future ahead. Trust us: nothing is impossible!
